Allan graduated from AUT in 2011 and joined the Dynamic team in 2015. Allan completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at AUT and has previously toured with the Wellington Phoenix football team and several NZ age group representative teams. Allan really enjoys his work with young footballers, having gone through the age group rep teams himself as well as representing New Zealand as an All White. Allan has a particular interest in sports injuries and working to restore faulty body movement patterns that may result in injury.

Laura

Laura Thomson

Laura graduated from AUT in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Laura has played in a large variety of sports over the years and has most recently competed in multiple NZIFBB bodybuilding competitions. This has fired her interest in gym based exercises, strength and conditioning and gym based rehabilitation. Laura has recently worked alongside the Waikato 7's rugby team during National tournaments and is currently working with the Forrest Hill mens football team. Laura is passionate about helping people return to the sports and activities that are most important to them.

 

Tracy

Tracey Lydiard

Tracey graduated from AUT University with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2013. Since graduating, Tracey moved to London and gained experience working for the NHS in an acute community setting. After 2 years, Tracey arrived back in New Zealand and worked as a physiotherapist in a private practice.

Tracey has a keen interest in hockey, having played since she was 7 and represented North Harbour for many years. Tracey is passionate about injury prevention and helping clients achieve their goals as early as possible. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys playing sport, running, fishing and travelling. 

Erin_Goad

Erin Goad

Erin graduated from AUT in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Her passion for sports, especially hockey, has encouraged her to take a special interest in prevention and management of sports injuries. Erin is also a high performance athlete herself, being a current member of the NZ Black Sticks women’s hockey team.  She has had experience assisting at a netball clinic, North Harbour under 18 women’s hockey and as well as a New Zealand weightlifting camp whilst studying. Erin is enthusiastic about helping clients restore normal function and prevent future injuries.      

Tom Mason

Tom Mason

Tom graduated from AUT in 2011, completing his post-graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2015, alongside Allan.  The post-graduate diploma helped to extend Tom’s ability to diagnose and manage more complex conditions, as well as developing his skills in spinal manipulation.  Tom has previously been involved with ASB premiership football, international softball, and has assisted with NZ age group teams.  He has been the physiotherapist for Albany United Football Club for the last 5 seasons, a position that he has enjoyed immensely.  Tom is passionate about helping clients take charge of their injuries and get back to everyday life as quickly as possible.

James Suh

Acupuncturist
AcuNZ, BHSc (Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine)

James graduated in 2016 from New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. 

James has a particular interest in sports related injuries, internal medicine and research. 

James looks to integrate a holistic approach by identifying and treating the root cause of injuries and disorders.

Having experience in publishing a journal article during his study, James seeks to complete his Master's degree in the future to further his knowledge in research-based practice.
